Welcome bees, buzzers, and butterflies to your garden when you add plants for pollinators. Pollinator insects help make berries on your hollies, your squash bear fruit, and are part of a naturalistic garden style.
The best pollinator gardens provide habitat–food, shelter, resting and nesting sites for these pollinators. When done successfully, pollinator gardens help support local eco-systems.
Also, you will choose 5-1 gallon perennials from a collection curated by the Gasper Nursery Experts just for this class to help get you started.

About Our Instructor: Jeannie Sachs is a professional landscape designer who calls herself a “garden evangelist” because she has been escaping to the garden since a very young age. Jeannie is our Gasper Program Director who in addition to working in the nursery, runs our Gasper “Learn and Grow” program series and holds DIY Design Consultations for homeowner gardeners. Jeannie has a Master’s Degree in Landscape Design and is a PA Certified Horticulturalist.
